Foe is tight passive and I dont think he's smart enough to steal. Based on their previous play there is a 30% chance that T1_chan will flat call after me with the likes of Ax or low pair and fool around on the flop.

Im tempted to call because I already layed down 100 for SB

I think you have to lay it down. Not a horrible hand if it was isolated on shorty and he was desperate. With player behind you loose calling you could be done. With Button coming to you just wait your shot and be patient.

The second sentence says "push or fold." The first sentence says "fold." From your description of the situation, I think you need to fold.

Change that Q into a T and you're in business...otherwise, fold is good.
