Everyone should always fold to your bluffs. Move up to higher limits immediately.

I believe it shows that you built a situation where he would have to fold a pretty strong hand getting 5.75:1 odds (assuming he's going to call your check raise and river bet, he'll win $46 when he's good and lose $8 when he's not).

You only keep $37 in chips at a 2/4 table? No wonder nobody took you seriously.

Not to mention this is a 6-way game so the range of 3-betting hands opens up quite a bit, there is no way someone is folding 99 on this board.

I think Villian played this perfectly and you need to go back to your high stakes pro games (ie: home poker for nickels and dimes).
