1/2 #s look pretty good. You need to add blind steals at this level. Open raise with any playable hand if it is folded to you in the CO or button. 30 percent or higher is easily possible at this limit. That will bring your overall preflop raise percentage up to where you want it.

pretty damn good apparently, though it looks like .5/1 is an easier way to make money for you

I'm not sure what these numbers are supposed to be, but I can tell you what's been working well for me since I figured out how to play the 1/2 game 3k hands ago. I play at 28/13 and my blind steals are at 32. I almost never open limp from anywhere except on loose tables, and I haven't seen many of them. If I'm coming in first, I'm almost always raising.

My PF Aggro is 1.4, 1.9, and 2.4. Total is 1.75 w/ PreFlop off. Somewhat lower than yours flop and turn, but somewhat higher on river.

What he said.

At 1/2 I really started to harass the blinds. You'll need to work on this if you're planning on moving up to 2/4 eventually. Nice W/R at .50/1 btw.

uh you don't openlimp much, but you sure as hell overlimp way too much

and that river ag # prob means you overbet or fold the river too much

OP: you def. need to steal much more often

How can rake be higher than amount won? Is rake pro-rated among all hands in the pot, or attributed just to the winner? I thought the latter.

This is something I've been working on for the pask 1500 hands or so. Over that time my steal attempts are around 28.

I have almost the same number of hands at 1/2: 11646, but my winrate is 3.33BB/100 (4-tabling).

From what I see, you play too many hands from the SB and defend it too much. On the other hand, you don't defend your BB as much as I do, and you don't attempt to steal as much as I do. You're a little looser than i am, and you take 5% more hands to showdown (and consequently have a lower won$showdown %).

You've also check-raised more than twice as often as I do. What's up with that?

Even if you lose money, you still pay rake. Rake is taken out of every POT that you win. Say you win one $100 pot with $4 in rake taken out of it ($96 net) and then lose $94 without winning another pot. You're up $2, but have paid $4 in rake.

Rake paid is related to the sum total of all the pots you have won. Your win rate is that total minus the $$$ invested in all pots you didn't win. There is no steady ratio of BB/100 to rake paid.
