I know I need to get another Big Bet in here somewhere. I was gonna go for a checkraise on any safe turn, but that didn't happen. SHould I have just lead out on the turn?

With a bunch of draws out, I would just keep it simple and 3bet the flop. Trying for a c/r on the turn has too strong of a chance of giving the opponent a free card on this draw-heavy board.

3bet this flop, not a good time to slowplay.

What Haupt said. Very draw happy board, especially for a BB who could easily have a low cards that coordinate with this. 3-bet the flop, hope he caps, and then you can start thinking about a turn check/raise.

Yeah, I like that idea, I think I need to bet my big hands stronger on boards that are draw happy. Capping flop and checkraising turn would be sweet.

You really need to consider the player you're against though to do the turn c/r. After getting 3-bet, many solid-aggro players will still cap the flop with a draw, hoping you'll check to them and allow a free card (a play I'm starting to use more often). More often than not a turn c/r will be good here, but keep in mind against some players it's best to keep firing away.

Another quick question, ideal br for shorthanded is what? 400 500 or is 300 ok?

Definitley not 300. I would say 500, give or take 50BB.

Definitely agree.

As for bankroll, I think 300BB is enough for starters. If you hit a downswing > 150BB as a first timer you should stop and re-evaluate your game anyway (chances of bad play are too great), not play on, so the extra roll is less important. Once you feel like you have a good grasp on the shorthanded game, then you can worry about the big downswing beasts ramming your arse as a winning player.
