This took place before the changes that occured July 1. I signed up at Caribbean Poker and was playing to get their signup bonus. You need 250 raked hands. My crypto counter said 425 by the time I was done. Still no release, this is the first e-mail feedback I received:

Hello boose;

Thank you for taking the time to contact us and I hope you are all geared up for the holiday weekend there in Canada.

Boose, for the month of June you generated a total of 362 Raked hands, this was enough to release the $50 sign up bonus that was credited to you on June 29

If you do not see this in your balance boose, you can simply log onto any table and buy all in, then exit. Your balance will be updated.

but still no bonus credited to me...so then came this followup e-mail:

boose, I have checked with our Ecash team and they
have advised that you have completed 224 raked hands
and not 362. Therefore this is why the $50 bonus hasn't
been released because you still have another 26 raked
hands to go to complete the requirements.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for any
inconveniences the discrepancy with the figures may have
caused you. However you can be sure than you have the
correct figures now.

sorry for the long post, but i was wondering if this happened to anyone else?? And if so, what the hell is the basis for a raked hand then.

i just signed up today and played 348 hands
309 were raked

I know the rake has to be $1 so the crytoCounter is not as helpful, but i thought of the 309 raked hands that 200 of htem would have been raked.

I am playing 3/6 and 2/4

So.....................

Incidentally if you are running the latest version of cryptocounter you can see the number of hands you have played that had a rake equal to or greater than an amount that you specify. The default is of course $0.25 but you can change it to a $1 if you desire.
