Flop: (3.40 SB) K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, J/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 3/images/graemlins/diamond.gif <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets</font>, UTG folds, Hero calls.

Turn: (2.70 BB) 7/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, BB calls.

On the turn I was certain my hand was good as their were a lot of draws he could be betting here, but the river completed the OESD, the flush draw and brought an over. I know that in order for the call to be profitable, I only need to pick him off about 1 time in 9 here, but not really sure. Very little info available on opponent.

Raise preflop, it changes the entire hand. As it stands, I would fold the river.

you don't think he's going to call out of the big with QTo? I'm pretty certain he would have.

He may, he may not. But he might fold A3 if you raise.
