1/2 NL, or why I despise min-raises

Hero is BB with AKo, $150 behind. Unknown, seeming fish min-raises UTG, super-LAG re-raises to 14 from the button, Hero...?

I see fish 2xbb and 3xbb raise ALOT from utg with AA/KK. It's like their main move. Not saying they can't have other hands here... but with no reads I fold.

Actually I'm going on my limited experience with this situation. Short stack has 50-80 bucks, I have something like QQ, he min bets, I raise big, he raises allin, I call, he shows AA... has happen a bunch but you know I probably forget the times he had 44(which has happened a few times...depends if they are tilting or have recently lost some big pots).
