WHen I read these posts, it seems like a lot of you guys are playing 8 tables. Perhaps someone can share some advice regarding how to deal with all the action with only one brain

your first mistake is assuming that the brain is involved at all...

It becomes pattern recognition after a while. I don't actually follow the action at all 8 tables, just look when prompted, analyze, click and move on. All the info is there at a glance. I think it is similar to a chess master playing an exhibition against 35 players. He doesn't follow each game, simply looks at the position, makes a move and moves on.
