UPS question

It says my delivery date is re-scheduled for July 8th. Does that mean it will arrive on July 8th or, are those morans waiting till July 8th to ship it? I think they are waiting until the 8th to ship it because it's been stuck in this one city for two days now. Also, what are their buisness hours; Do they drive during the night? I am pissed off! Somebody better answer!

i have another UPS question. I am moving to germany soon and was considering shipping my stereo over there. has anybody ever made a big shipment overseas and do you remember how expensive it was (i dont know off the top of my head the total weight i have)

It's not cheap to ship things overseas. There are calculators on their website. DHL would probably be the cheapest.
