Villian had been stealing many blinds. Should I just call here and see what flops or reraise less?

Easy push. if he has AA, KK, or QQ, so be it.
You're ahead of anything else, and if he's been stealing your blinds, you have no reason to think he has a hand better than yours. Chances are you're at least 65/35 ahead of him here.
