You should stop playing for at least a month. Losing 850 BB over 45K hands is unheard of for somebody playing winning poker over that span, which I'm sure you know. Sometimes walking away for a while is the best thing you can do.

Sorry bro, this isn't a "downswing," this is "you're playing losing poker because ..." where the "..." is "tilt," "lack of experience," "not giving enough credit to your opponents for hands," or some-such.

Take some time off, and review your game. When you get back, play 1-2 tables for awhile.
