View Full Version : Should I lay JJ here on the turn?

I have 40 hands logged on this guy (VP$IP = 80+). Hard to really put him on a particular hand. But I'm sure I'm ahead on the flop and I figure I could still be ahead with the king out there so decide to bet it again. When raised I put him on a king, but for some reason I called anyway. Anyone else lay this down? I probably should have.

I would fold. You're probably going to have to invest 2 BB to win 8.5 BB. I don't think you're good 25% of the time here.

I call these down too often.

I realize this is where note taking on players is important.
If you have never seen him bluff/semi-bluff like this...you should be safe folding.
