SB is a big LAG and MP is pretty loose passive. Is this a bet or check on the end? How are the other streets?

Seems like a straightforward check to me. I don't see a lone queen calling, but if your opponents are as you say, maybe they won't check raise either, which I'd be most afraid of. I think I check behind and be surprised if my hand is good.
