Finally, today after 13 days and 8-10 e-mails i received my JUNEFEVER bunus.
At first they gave me the standard wait 24-48 hrs. However, in one response they actually admitted looking at my account and seeing i played the 1500 hands. I received several more wait 24 hrs e-mails. Today i sent an e-mail saying
"You said you saw where i played the 1500 raked hands. Release my bonus. Do it manually if you have to to. This is ridiculous."
Amazingly i got the bonus. Also i cashed out the day before the bonus went live.
