Over the last little while I have started to run pretty bad (far the worst I have ever experienced). Over the last 29K hands I am running at -0.58BB/100. At the start I seemed to be getting cold decked and was playing well, but now I have a feeling I am playing poorly.

I think the fact that I have recently started playing in NL MTTs (read HOH & HOH2)has something to do with this as well as I don't think I am playing the ideal limit game anymore. I have cashed pretty well in these MTTs so my bankroll is still more than sufficient, but I still have chosen to drop down to party 3/6 so I can build some confidence back up and re-tune my play.

Currently I am re-reading SSHE, so hopefully this will set me back on track.

I just wanted to post my stats and see if any numbers jump out that you can comment on maybe giving me an idea what areas I should be examining more closely.

Stats:

VP$IP: 18.79
SFAH: 21.85
PFR: 8.38 **I think this is a little low. Should I be aiming for above 10?
Folded SB to Steal: 82.54
Folded BB to Steal: 48.65
Attempt to steal blinds: 25.57
W$WSF: 34.51
WTSD: 32.16
W$ASD: 53.52
W$SD: 51.41
AF: 1.87 (Flop: 1.92, Turn: 2.10, River: 1.50)

Thanks in advance

The only thing I see as a clear difference is that a) I steal more, b) my WTSD is higher, and C) i defend less.

What is your WTSD if you don't mind sharing?

It fluctuates session by session but usually sits around 36-38. This is accomodated by an average W@SD of 51-52.

Quite possible I am playing weak tight now and folding too much postflop.

This should help u: STATS post (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=2129882&page=&view=&sb=5& o=&vc=1)

As far as what I see. Maybe u defend to much. Its okay to let your BB go sometimes. OF course this could be wrong, my BB defend is at about 56. Get your showdowns up there a few percent more, but it could just be you are getting hit up. More aggression postflop, especially on the flop.
