Haven't heard of any low limit omaha tables in AC but just curious if they have them somewhere i'm not lookin. I'm talkin like $3/6 or $4/8 H/L or maybe even $1/2 PLO8.

Taj spreads 2/4 and 5/10. Although apparently the 3/6 and 10/20 split (O8/stud8) games are cutting into the player base.

If the 5/10 game at Taj is going (it has a full kill), PLAY IT. The game, at least the times I've sat in it, is filled with complete fucktards. Jam with the second nut low on a paired board/multiway action? SURE! That kind of stuff.

Taj Split Games - Omaha8
2-4 (Half Kill), 5-10 (Full Kill); Apparently 5-10 doesn't run like it did because there is now a mixed game that has sort of replaced it.

10-20 Half and Half (With a half kill). This is half Omaha8, Half Stud8. Supposedly, it's a good game.

I don't know about Omaha at the other casinos.

the first time I played O8 in a casino was a 2 way game with stud 8 or better at Taj, 3/6.

You can't really ask for much lower. There are many mistakes at the limit and you'll wish it was a 30/60 game

I sat in this game once and got absolutely killed. Started off at a must move table which was kindof tight. Although at one point a couple kids sat down and we had a pot over 40BB in stud8!!! Got moved to the main table which was quite tight compared to the 5/10 I've played. Anyway, the 10/20 split was nowhere near as good as the 5/10. Although I'm sure its beatable for a more experienced split game player.

Borg has been spreading a low limit O8 game recently. I forget the exact stakes but something like 2/4 or 3/6 with a kill. It's been running fairly regularly (just 1 table) but probably not when the place is completely packed and they need/want all the tables for HE. I've never seen them run a pot limit omaha game, or ant pot limit game fore that matter.

never seen an omaha H/L table below 30/60 at borg. or maybe it was 20/40 but regardless it was too much for me.

Are you sure its O8? They spread a 4/8 Omaha Hi game on Wed.

This isn't the regular wed. game, where from what I hear they usually have several tables going.

What I'm talking about is a one table affair and it's a fairly recent phenomenon. I'm positive its low stakes and I'm sure its O8 because I've sat in a few times and I would only play low stakes omaha and I would only play hi/lo.

borgata spreads 4/8 omaha hi/lo with a half kill for regulars on wednesdays. the players are absolutely awful. loose passive describes at least half of them. you'd have to not have a clue what you're doing to lose. but it's also hard to get a seat since the regulars always show up. they'll also spread it if there's a enough requests for it in mid afternoons when the morning tournament breaks and they have empty tables.

Are you sure it's hi/lo on Wednesday nights? I'm up there tomorrow, and if the hold'em games aren't great I might switch over to Omaha, assuming its the split game and not Omaha Hi.

king,

the last two times i've been there on wednesdays they've had it and it's filled up by 1pm. i was first informed about it by a dealer. most of the dealers who work the 10am shift on that day do know about it. usually runs for a solid 5 or 6 hours. dries up around early evening time. last time i was there (maybe back in mid may), the game was six handed at around 830, four handed at around 10, and broke around 11.

hope that helps.
