I always found casinos to be a great enticement for women. But comped or not you will pay. No women I ever brought to a casino went into their own pocketbook to gamble.Just have to look at it as part of the overall tab, dinner, drinks, show, etc. If you're looking to do some serious gambling having a women with you can be a liability, unless she is a knowledgeable gambler herself. If the primary purpose of the trip is to get your corn buttered, then it can be fun.

I also dont think its that good that a 21 year old is already getting comped out /images/graemlins/confused.gif, but it's not like im blowing my inheritance but rather that I'd prefer spending poker winnings playing more poker and craps than dropping 100$ in the city on drinks and stuff. So far I'm up 500$ish at the casinos sooo I think I can let this girl make some bets here and there. I'll let her roll the dice and I'll just put 5$ on the pass and pretend theres more. There's so much happening at a craps table that she'll have no idea whats going on.

I don't use them for dates to much, but every month I get a mailer from my local B&M (30 Minute drive).

It has weekly free money for $50 a week Monday - Thursday.

I drive up there get my $50, throw $20 in a machine.

I then go to the player' club, get a Dinner Comp for 4(4x$20).

I go to the Ice Cream/Sandwich shop and order 8 Pizzas that come to $79.92(8 x $9.99).

I leave and use the $30 to fill the car up on the way home.

I eat 1 and throw 7 Pizzas in the freezer, and I have lunch for a week.

I'm curious how you get comped if you're only up $500 at the casinos. Did you lose 10k and then win it back or something? That doesn't add up, unless I'm missing something.

In all honest, my nephew who is 14 is picky but can eat pizza for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I only eat Pizza on days that I am not working, I only work 3 day a week how ever.

Like stated before, its your Rate of play and amount of time, NOT how much you lose. And Indian casinos in the middle of nowhere comp out for nothing to get you to come back and stay.

$5 on pass and a few various other bets for about 3 hours a week is more then enough to get free room in the mail. If not free then dirt cheap, like $15. (weekdays only) IM NOT talking about vegas, I dont know or care what they do there.

Last wednesday I stayed at a Theme Suite at major coast casino for free with friends. Corner room facing water with massive jacuzzi. Of course, he was only comped a standard room. You gotta know people to get upgrade.

Action begets comps. Losses alone do not.

Example: After two hours of playing, I'm down $1,000 betting on average $10 a hand in Blackjack (don't ask). After two hours of playing, you're up $500 betting on average $100 a hand in Blackjack. You're getting the comp easily, I'm gonna use all my whining to get coffee.

Trust me, I understand how the comp system works in casinos. In fact, you can get comped based solely on total win/loss, not just rate.. I know this from personal experience; after dropping close to $5k in an hour of blackjack at the Boardwalk on the strip in Vegas I now get RFB there.

My original question was how could someone get comped at Foxwoods by just playing $5 pass line bet craps. I now see that nobody claimed this--the $5 pass line bet craps thing might get you a room at a shithole indian casino in the middle of nowhere on a weekday, but no way does it get you jack at Foxwoods.

I realize I should have written that what I described is the only correct method of comp disbursement. You are right that it is not how they actually manage comps at a lot of casinos. This is because a lot of casino people are dumb. They will provide comps to APs and bar lucky tourists.

Your comps should have been the result of the casino checking your style of play thoroughly and coming to the conclusion that, irrespective of your short-term result, you're not a threat but simply a promising customer. But it could be that you fooled them and they are short-sighted enough to ignore you are a threat and fixate on your loss like fish fixating on the bait. (Also, some people get comped for their action outside of BJ.)
