PP 400 6-max NL

Villain has been spotted calling with TPNK for big bets on multiple streets - also he raised A8o from late pos, got reraised from the blinds, called - flop was J93 and he called the pot bet, turn 7 and he called another big bet and made his gutshot on the river.

Check/fold ? Lead (how much)? Check/call ? Bet/fold a raise ?

which is more likely: he'll bet a hand that you beat or he'll call with a hand that you beat?

it sounds like he's the passive sort, so i'd be inclined to check/fold.
