Netflix just started selling used DVDs. I haven't bought any from them yet, but their prices are good (Most seem to be $10 w/free shipping) and and I generally trust them as a company. Their customer service hasn't let me down yet, and I've been renting from them for 5 years now.

The downside looks to be selection - most of what they have for sale is new/popular, and even within that they don't have many titles available. So, they're not a great option now, but they might be in the future.

I found some good deals (new/sealed) on ebay. If you look there my two tips are to factor in shipping into the cost (some shipping is outrageous) and I would never trust dvds being sold out of Asia (there are alot of them.) Good luck.
