hi there.
i was wondering if anyone could tell me how many two-card starting hands there are total. is it something like 260?
and also, how many total boards are there? (starting hand plus five community cards) am i right in thinking around 2 million. i think ive heard around there but does anybody have the exact numbers for me?
thanks a lot.

Well, the odds of being dealt AK suited = 331 to 1, so wouldn't that be the exact number of possible hands since we're demanding that each card fit both number and suit?

Total # of possible 3 card flops = 19,600

thanks. does that 3 card flop number include the different hole cards or is it just 3 cards instead of five

19,600 = possible three card flops only, not taking into acct starting hands.

Starting hands counting different suits as unique:
52*51 / 2 = 1326

Starting hands like AA, AKo, AKs... 13*13 = 169
