here's a hypothetical. NL tournament, facing an all in call in your BB w/ AQo.

Your opponent raised UTG+1, and you figure his range to be:
AA-88
AK-AJ
KQ
KJ

How do you calculate your EV in this and similiar situations? If nobody wants to do the math, could you point me to spot where I can re-learn this myself, college was a long time ago.
