When should I have let this go

So when do you think its appropriate to pack my bags and get out of this hand. I hate the way i played this hand so since i can't see anybody really aggreeing with how i played this hand when do you think i can safely let this hand go

I think your only chance to fold is on the flop after SB 3 bets.

You've raised, called a cap, and bet into them, and CO and SB still like their hands. Unless they are maniacs, I'd like to think I'd fold there.
