Ive been having some computer problems lately and yesterday I got email telling that ive tried to spam him but the automatic spam filter had blocked it.
Obviously I changed all passwords immidietly and started to hunt viruses, find couple trjoans. But then I thit the jackpot, saw there is running program called crss.exe in wintasks.
And every website says its high risk virus, but I tried to kill but wintask wouldent let me and kept saying it's a critical process, neither could any anti-virus program locate it and destroy.
So how do I get rid of that little [censored]?

these might help: AntiVir (http://www.download.com/AntiVir-Personal-Edition/3000-2239_4-10322934.html?tag=lst-0-1) and malicious software removal (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=AD724AE0-E72D-4F54-9AB3-75B8EB148356&displaylang=en)

Boot into safe mode, perform registry modifications so it doesn't run, reboot.

Symantec.com should have cleaning instructions for it.

Here, perhaps. (http://http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.hllw.nautic.html)
