Not a direct answer to your question, but still helpful:

This little program helps you to figure out what time (i.e.: is it prime time yet?) in other parts of the world. It only works on WXP and needs the .Net framework installed.

Microsoft Time Zone (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=bff59fcf-3148-40b8-a286-fe7274f6e4d8)

Since Europe is approx 5 hours ahead of USA EST, the prime time for Euro is mid-afternoon USA EST continuing through USA prime time which is until approx 300 am in the morning. See pokerpulse.com for activity graphs 24/7.

I have played some at 10 am - 3 pm CET and I have found it quite tight at most tables. It has been better at 10 then at 15.

10am-3pm CET = 4-9 am US Eastern = 1-6 am US Pacific.

Is that observation right?

So prime in CET is:
4pm - 3am US EAST = 22pm - 9pm CET

If you can stand the LAGish play, and inane chat, 6am BST on Sundays is a pretty good time to play for a few hours. Lots of Americans playing after having been out Saturday night, and from looking at their play and at the chat box, are obviously quite drunk.

In particular watch out for anyone who says they are going to go to bed soon, they will likely be looking to gamble it up before they finish and will do their best to get all their chips in the middle.

Good advice. This is pretty typical between 3-7am on the weekends.
