Assuming both events are live, I go with the cricket. If both are televised, I'll go with the porn to save myself the other 71.67 hours. I think live cricket with some friends sounds like a good time, whereas live gay porn is a little more suspect. But if they're both taped? Eh, I've seen worse than the gay porn*, and I'd rather not be stuck with 3 days of televised cricket.

I voted cricket, assuming I'd get to watch it live. I can keep myself entertained for 3 days, particularly if some obnoxious-American heckling is allowed.

*Junior year of college, I took a class called "Human Sexuality". It sounded like an easy 'A', and people seemed to think it was entertaining. Plus, the professor's "research" involved things like going to Belgium and screwing 300 men (in 3 months) to determine how many of them used condoms. This man knew the importance of sample size. It seemed a reasonable assumption that I'd have less work to do than in my compsci classes, and it also seemed likely that the 80/150 girls in the class would probably be kinda easy.

For the first 5-6 weeks of class, the first few minutes were devoted to telling dirty jokes. Figure the sort of thing you'd see in Playboy. Most of the jokes were fairly tame, but some friends of mine and I did our best to to be obscene. My favorite of these would probably be one that needs to be done in person:

Q: Why did Mary Magdalene like Jesus so much?
A: I don't know, why?
Q: (pretend you're on a cross) Because he was hung like this.

We were always seated towards the back of the class, so it was obvious when people turned around and glared. Somewhere around week 6, I volunteered this:

Try to picture yourself saying that, followed by 60 girls you're trying to sleep with staring at you in horror and the professor who's [censored] 300 guys in 90 days looking at you and saying "that's disgusting". That was the end of the jokes for the rest of the quarter, and a friend of mine who took the class later said the professor hadn't started asking for them again.

$130,000 of college education, and that's my proudest moment.

edit - one "highlight" of this class was the video of some guy nailing a chick while some other guy [censored] him in the ass. The woman's presence definitely made it worse. Having seen this sort of thing, I figure I can manage 20 minutes of standard gay porn.

dont underestimate the -EV of 20 min of gay porn.. For a psych class we had to be subjects of all the grad students experiments and [censored]....one of them they put me in a room and put on a porn...i thought it was straight porn for the first 2 minutes....then i realized what was going on and looked away. Then a voice came over the intercom saying "if you look away you dont get credit for the experiment"...which meant I didnt get credit for the psych class and so I focused on the corner of the tv for 5 more minutes. UGH...im still scarred.
