I'm down $200 from the biggest series of suckouts ever. Losing 11 straight showdowns with 60-80% pot equity in a multiway pot really sucks. Hope you guys are doing much better as party feels super loose tonite.

This is the first bonus on Party in two years where I've actually lost a substantial amount of money. -$250 (mix of 1/2 tables and 2/4 bad beat tables before the jackpot hit yesterday) + $100 (bonus) = a net loss of $150. Ugh!

counting the bonus i'm up about 57 bucks.

had some very memorable hands though.
Flopped Quad 6's and the only guy paying me off was a guy who buys in for 5 bucks each time.

had AJ on a flop of A93 against a guy who had a set of 9's. I went runner runner Ace for quads.

AA vs KK vs QQ where the QQ guy complained about it being rigged heh.

All in all was a fun time.

Nothing to brag about. Playing .50/1, -28 + 100 bonus = 72. Have not got many good cards, but when I have the flop has been useless and when it looked good, someone had it better. Still have 150 raked hands to go. Time for the turn around.

Cleared it yesterday and had a pretty good upswingy day. Playing my regular 2-4 it took 1,319 total hands to get the 700 raked hands and won 7.67 BBs per hand for a total win of 404.67 plus the bonus for 504.67 in about five hours. Wahoo!!!!

Good luck,
Matt

P.S. I agree the games were even looser than usual, I found four tables and stayed nearly the whole time. Two were extremely weak tight and the others were extremely laggy. Made for an interesting combo that led to nothing but $$$. One guy, who sat for a while until busting out at the passive table according to my PT stats had a VPIP of 74% with a pfr of DRUMROLL PLEASE...... ZERO. I couldn't believe my eyes and he was one seat to my left. I've never been able to iso one fish so many times in one session.

Finally cleared the [censored] playing 1 table 0.5/1 Limit making $49.28 ... pathetic.

I put in 15 & 1/2 hours in one day and 7 hours in one night to clear it.

Total hours: 22.26 (1346 mins)

$48.28 / 1346 * 60 = $2.152 per hour. (how depressing)

By the end of my 15 & 1/2 hour day I was so tired I was making bad judgement plays, even drawing to a straight, laying the odds, MAKING it on the river and NOT REALIZING IT and FOLDING!

That tail-end of session as I was counting down how many individual hands left til the bonus I also got sucked out on pretty bad, nothing held up, everyone else tripped up when I had TPTK, and they would call 2 raises with junk. (before the table turned into a rock garden suddenly with only 2 people seeing a flop and folding occuring!)

All in all, I'm suprised I even bothered with this, clearly I do not have the skills required to successfully bonus whore, I was lucky to make a cent.

Cheers,
SDM

I got around to clearing my Empire bonus last night and was the victim of some killer suck outs 4 tabling 1/2. I have AA raise preflop three callers. 9TA. I get one caller who check raises me when a blank falls. I reraise and he's all in. 999 v AAA. Yeah, he spiked the 9 on the river. I lost 25+ BBs flopping a set with JJ against Qx twice. I managed to break even after the last 400 hands and felt like a champ.

I went over to party and had some killer tables. Dice and Fish everywhere. I cleared the bonus in 3.5 hours and ended up 100 BB plus the bonus for a total of 300 dollars.
