Just seems kind of weird why it is a deposit option but not a cashout option. No reason?

i emailed them and asked awhile back... no real answer was given... they just gave me a link to their cashout page

The poker sites have to pay a fee for the transactions with Firepay and Neteller and the like. Neteller might be giving a bulk discount on the fee in exchange Party can't allow cashouts to Firepay. Or perhaps they think the firepay fee is too high. I couldnt get any information out of either of them about it though.

My advice would be to get neteller if you can. Or if you are stuck with Firepay like me just deal with it.
