There seems to be 3 types of bad days by my estimation.
1) Cold Cards - No good cards coming (especially not at the right times) and you end up being blinded down and pushing crap. You repeatedly are called with dominating hands and don't suck out.
2) Hot Cards... numerous suckouts - Your cards have been great, big hands at the right time. The problem is you AA, KK, QQ, JJ, AK are losing over half the time and in monster pots on the bubble too. Early game you are raising with them and people are calling and flopping sets with smaller pairs. You are also running into slightly better premium hands more than usual. (most rare... has happened with me the last 2 days).
3) Coin flip losses - The cards are breaking even but you are losing what seems to be every coinflip. (most common)
I personally think #2 is the most disappointing but #3 is overall the most annoying. Regarding #1, I have more of a 'nothing you can do' attitude although I should have it for all of them.
