I forgot to cash out some money to redeposit, have down now but it's probably too late.

I made a cashout on June 23d. Does this mean I can't do this bonus?

RevAgain
06-30-2005, 03:08 PM
No you'll be fine, if you cash out when it's live you can't get it. I just checked and it's advertised in the software so it won't work for me on this account I guess. Nevermind, only got a few days before I'm off to Vegas and still have plenty of bonuses to be working on.

So I'm misunderstanding that whole 15 day rule that was discussed earlier? Or is that just empire?

Wow, this is EARLY. The July bonus on the last day of June...

This is the details and disclaimer relating to the bonus on the party website:

"If you cash out any amount from your PartyPoker.com account during the Bonus Period, but prior to making a qualifying deposit, you are ineligible for the deposit bonus."

2 questions:

1. Is the Neteller/mulitple skins issues officially irrelevant/settled?
2. For people who don't play a lot at party, will you be giving any "cover play"?

StacysMom

Just deposited, it worked

Is ths fifteen day rule that empirepoker has also in effect for this bonus?

Anybody who has cashed-out recently test this?

Can I deposit the $500 for the max bonus then pull out a couple $100 and play on the rest to clear the bonus?

AngusThermopyle

1. Check the link. Party may be SOBs at times, but they do print their disclaimers.
2. I cashed out 22nd. Just deposited and got bonus, no problem.

It doesn't say anything about cashing out AFTER you deposit - just before. Anyone tried a cashout after deposit yet?

jslepkow
06-30-2005, 05:06 PM
Yes, you can make your deposit and then cash out all your money if you want. Obviously with no money in the account you won't be able to get the deposit.

jman220
06-30-2005, 05:10 PM
Ok, I cashed out on the 23d (less than 15 days), and just tried the bonus and it worked, so apparently that 15 day rule is not in effect for party.

Awesome, did it an hour ago and it worked. Yay for Party being able to do bonii right, while Empire decided it was time for no bonii at all for me.

Well I hope i get this one. I deposited for JUNEFEVER and played for a week at Empire because i didn't want to cashout before i got the bonus. I have sent 4 or 5 emails no response other than we have forwarded to the relevant department crap.

So i cashed out today and sent an email that i would not be back until they honored the bonus/or not at all if they don't pay it. Oh well at least i made $800 profit.

The annoying thing being that I had planned to cash out of Party today...now I guess I need to wait a bit :-p

I had the same problem.
I made the deposit and teh JUNEFEVER bonus came up as expired.
I drove them made and they kept on telling me it will be ok in the end.

Finally I got sick of it and sent them a really nasty e-mail. I then sent a copy to their marketing department.
Got the bonus pair out in full today!

Side note:
$800 profit! Very very nice. I was just happy not to lose any money the way my play has been this month.
Lost $500 this month. However, with bonuses and rakeback I actually made a profit.

Yeah, after 3 emails to which I get no response form empire, they finally replied today saying that I have already plyaed the amount of hands and then they just gave me the $100.

Sweet.

Forgot to mention that I withdrew the money super-quick before they changed their mind.

I know I'm not a very good player, but whenever this bonus happens I have a hard time just breaking even.

Do the low limit tables become harder when Party runs their bonuses or is it just my imagination?

i notice alot of people get cranky when party isnt offering a bonus. once they offer their bonus its like a love fest.

And to think everyone was paranoid that they wouldnt be allowed to access the bonus because of the new rules. I got mine and it looks like alot of people are getting theirs.

you arent the first to observe a tighening of the micro party tables during reloads

celiboy
07-01-2005, 02:18 PM
What qualifies as a raked hand? Is it 25 cents of rake like most other sites? What does the pot have to reach to get this rake - 5 bucks?

celiboy
07-01-2005, 02:24 PM
I was just watching some Party tables. Is the rake 10%???!!!

I normally play at Absolute and the rake is only 5%. Doesn't the 10% rake negate the benefits of a 7X bonus?

theben
07-01-2005, 02:53 PM
the rake stinks for the lowest of limits at party. i think its .50 taken at 5$ increments. so if the pot is 5$, you are screwed but if its a tad less than 10$, you make out ok. a raked hand is any hand where rake is taken, no matter the size.

many players like to BW @ the NL/PL25 tables cause blinds are only .1/.25 and a raked hand needs the pot only to be 2$ or more

theblitz
07-02-2005, 02:11 PM
The rates for NL are completely differant though they do end up the same in the end.
However, a raked hand is ANY rake so even 5 cents counts as far as I know.
ANother reason fro playing NL instead of Limit.
