I took a piss at the Center House in the Seattle Center yesterday and they have these (http://www.falconwaterfree.com/flash.htm) things which I've never seen before. I can't say I'm a fan and I hope they don't catch on. As you do they deed they fill up with piss as they slowly drain into the lower chamber, causing splash back and smelling bad. These were in a pretty low use area on a weekday evening and there was piss everywhere around them. I can imagine one being at my favorite bar where more piss would splash out than drain down. Anyone else use these or have an opinion?
