Pre-Flop: Hero is SB with 6 /images/graemlins/heart.gif 6 /images/graemlins/club.gif
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, 2 folds, MP+1 calls, 1 fold, cutoff raises, 1 fold, Hero calls, BB calls, limpers call.

Flop: (10 SB) 7 /images/graemlins/club.gif 2 /images/graemlins/heart.gif T /images/graemlins/diamond.gif
Hero checks, BB checks, UTG+1 checks, MP+1 checks, cutoff checks.

Turn: (5 BB) T /images/graemlins/heart.gif
Hero checks, BB checks, UTG+1 bets, MP+1 folds, cutoff calls, Hero folds, BB folds.

Should I lead the turn here? Then fold to a raise? If I lead the turn and then 2 opponents call, do I lead the river when the 2 /images/graemlins/club.gif falls?

Yes, lead the turn. The T is one of the best cards in the deck for you and you're winning much of the time. If a 2nd 2 comes on the river, my standard line is bet/fold, but I'm not especially sure it's a good line.

Incidentally, I would have check/raised the flop had CO bet.

You need to lead the turn. You can't assume two callers will call you when you lead this turn. However when the 2 /images/graemlins/club.gif falls on the river I just check/call the river as you beat an Ace that may take a stab at the pot.

(since he's losing to everything that will call him)

That's better.
