So I'm taking it easy this summer. I've worked part-time and been in school full-time for the last four years, but I figured I'd lay back before the 3-year grind that is law school. I'm sort of burned out on internet poker and am looking for a way to make some easy money, if there is such a thing.

I don't need lots of money, but $100 here and there would be nice. I've gotten shady emails about being a mystery shopper and internet surveys and such. Are these things legit, and are there other ways to pick up a few bucks here and there without actually getting a real J O B?

Suggestions?

I have a friend who's job is basically to be a bitch to some semi-important guy. Like he drives around and does errands I guess. That sounds like it'd be easy money.

Proctoring exams

Contact some of the testing bodies (ets and the like) to see if they need anyone in your area

I was wondering how many posts until "renting out your pooper" was suggested. At least it doesn't make you gay /images/graemlins/wink.gif

An honest answer is try going to estate sales around town on Saturday's then pick up any old crap for like a dollar and then try to sell it on Ebay for like 10 bucks. I know a guy who makes alittle (I mean little) extra money that way.

Another way is to try to find minors hanging around town and offer to buy them beer for a price.

Casino Whoring. It's mindless and a pretty high hourly rate for the amount of work.

Sometimes you don't. I did it for awhile and my instincts got pretty good. But you buy cheap enough so you don't lose much if you can't sell them. And if you don't sell them you haul them down to your local charity for the tax write-off. There are a lot of Internet articles about "book scouting".
