Apple pie plain/ice cream is fine with me. Never heard of cheese on apple pie.

I do use peanut butter instead of butter on my pancakes, good stuff.

Who the hell is going around ruining perfectly good apple pie. Holy [censored] that is the worst idea ever.

You really want NY extra sharp cheddar with the pie.
'Cheese' is just to vague.

The options on this poll suck.

Seriously people stop trying to be so god damned funny with your options and just use some simple answers that we can all understand.

Cheese:never tried it. Ice Cream: Yes

Sorry. I can't go back and change it. You can change posts, but not polls, from what I understand. I'd need a mod to do that :/

FWIW, poll should say:

It's somewhat standard if it's homemade. Stuff is way too dry. I do the same for crappy mashed potatos.

Apple pie is f[/i]ucking good. With vanilla ice cream it is f[/i]ucking amazing.

Now I am going to round up some buddies and go to Norm's Diner on Pico Blvd. here in LA and have some.

I tried it this way when I was a kid. I thought it was seriously weird, but had an open mind, and it wasn't bad. But I never put it on piece of pie on my own.

Cheese is some weird kind of miracle food that you can use in an amazing number of ways. I could live without meat, but I'd feel sad if I could never have cheese again.

I say let people eat what they want to eat. The steak and booze nazis in OOT can make it feel claustrophic sometimes. The air gets pretty stale here sometimes with the adoringly rebreathed farts of their self regard stinking up the place. If someone enjoys something that falls outside the Party line, more power to them.

So, I did a little research and found some recipes where they actually put cheddar cheese in the crust! So, maybe I have eaten it and never even knew it.

Anyway, it sounds like a pretty patriotic, though terribly disgusting, food. Happy fourth of July!

In Canada they serve it with a wedge of sharp cheddar. It's awesome.

That being said, give me a scoop of french vanilla.

I've never even had an egg cream. I just googled it though and it sounds excellent. But why is it called an egg cream if there is no egg nor cream?

BTW, all these other things people are mentioning are making me want to vomit. I may develop some taste aversions without the taste.

If you make a sandwich and include guacamole in it, the potato chips give you traction so the bread doesn't slide around. Plus tastes good.
