Is it correct to fold? There are plenty of hands that beat mine.

Eesh. I think I fold here, but I don't like it.

I think that the all-in here could mean many things. The board
is VERY co-ordinated on the turn, so he could either be semi-bluffing with a draw like maybe AJ of spades or hearts in an attempt to make you fold hands like the one you have, or he could have all kinds of made hands that he wants to protect against straight/flush draws. Looks like a fold to me, since you are behind so many probable hands.
