Problems with Hand Grabber

I just downloaded Hand Grabber, but cannot get it to work. When I open it, it get stuck on "Probing for Setup Data" Help??

Obvious point, but you need Pacific Poker installed on your machine. When you run HandGrabber it should open Pacific Poker for you. Apologies if I'm stating the obvious.
