PokerTracker 3/6 6-max question

Do 3/6 6-max hands just disappear when you try to import them into PokerTracker?

I just played a session and imported the hands and can't find them anywhere.

I don't see a patch on the PT site.

I'm not particularly computer-savvy.

Is anyone else having this problem, or (more importantly) does anyone know what to do about it?

I just went to "Preferences" and clicked the 3/6 6-max box and then went back to "General Info" and there the hands were.
