Will this book help my no-limit holdem game when it comes to single table sit & gos? Or is this book more applicable to bigger multi table tournaments? And if it is applicable to no-limit holdem sit & gos, would you say it is significantly applicable (or just slightly)?
This is a provisional opinion, but having spent a few hours with HOH2, I think it pretty much SUCKS.
Read Ciaffone & Reuben instead, it's the best book on NL out there.

Yes
Equally applicable
Significantly
NB: It needs to be read along with HOH1. HOH2 relates to the later stages of a tournament, HOH1 towards the early play.
