I was wondering what line people take in situations like these (especially when the bb is so short stacked). Proceed with caution or dump it? I mean the guy is obviously willing to show down his hand so what is the proper course of action, I have no reads.

I really doubt dumping JJ is good here. I think you reraise, probably to the tune of all-in and hope Villain dumps.
