Button had min-raised his button the previous two rounds. I wanted to see how the flop developed...the guy had the auto-bet pot button checked on the flop.

Without a read, fold the flop and move on. If I'm calling preflop, this is certainly a flop I'm leading out on though.

I bet you could do very well at the $33s without FPS. Why people even attempt to "outwit" their opponent with sexy plays is beyond me.

That's why I'm posting this. Soon as I made it, I asked myself why I just did it, and couldn't come up with any justification. Didn't think things through really when I did it either...and that's no way to play poker.

lastchance, my reasoning for not leading out is that I was almost positive I'd get raised. But I figured if he made a bet that wasn't too big, I could come over the top and steal it away from him.
