I've been starting a collection of music and I'm finding that I like British invasion more so than I like the American bands in the same time periods. That said, can I have some reccomendations for things I may not have heard of.

Skip:: Beatles, Floyd, Zeppelin.

Well, if you want 60s Psych stuff...check this track out:

Outcasts - Loving You Sometimes (http://s36.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=3M9C8753VNLD6295BSD4OK2VVW)

Its my favorite psych 45. Its a fairly rare one, and sells for even more on ebay due to its inclusion on a DJ Shadow mix cd.

btw, you probably can't buy it anywhere legit, so there isn't really any legal problem with downloading the mp3 from my above link.

I second Cream, and The Yardbirds.

How about The Who? That one's pretty obvious though.

Is Deep Purple British?
