There痴 1125 in the pot. I知 getting exactly 3 to 1 on my money, but I have the worst hand imaginable. I think my stack is too small here to make this call with this bad of a hand. How good a hand do I need to make a call in this situation, with 2125 chips? Also, how big would my stack need to be to make a call here with any hand (including 23o)?

any king, any ace, any pair. thats how i play.

if you know he's a 2+2'er you may consider calling with a weaker hand, but 2 3 off is wrong.

you know, i bet if you spent less time insulting random people and actually read some of the decent posts, you'd know how wrong you were.

With 3:1 odds you can only fold if he shows you a pair before you act.

You are a 2:1 dog to overcards and 4:1 dog to an overpair, and overcards. If we put him on a conservative range of hands, like any pair, any ace, KT+ and QJ, then that makes 78 different paired hands and 256 unpaired ones. Those numbers are actually slightly off, since they don't discount your cards, but the point is just to illustrate that 75% of the time your opponent is going to show you an unpaired hand.

I completely agree with your reasoning and logic here. I actually called in this spot with 23o. I changed it to a fold in this post, because of this previous post, where I was in a similar situation, getting almost 2.6 to 1 on my money with 62o, and most people said I should of folded. I know the stack sizes are different (I知 not the chip leader here), but I知 last to act here with a healthy stack. Why are people advocating I fold 62o here? Is it because I知 only getting about 2.6 to 1 instead of a full 3 to 1? Or does it have to do with the different stack sizes in this scenario?
