I have chicken, a wok and a wok burner. Suggestions?

It's suppertime and i dont know what to cook. None of my usual recipes sound good. Any foodies with suggestions? I have a full complement of asian ingredients and condiments.

Not really a dummy when it comes to Asian cooking, I'm looking for something a little different than what i usually cook. As for veg i have: green pepper, yellow pepper, fresh ginger, garlic, shallots, red onion, white onion, bok choi, napa cabbage, scallions, carrot, broccoli. Assorted spices and herbs. Wish I had cashews. But, alas, i only have pistachios.

Here's a good Indonesian stir fry, if you have limes laying around. Just toss some chicken in with it . Simple and the cinnamon is a nice touch.
