Crap, you were talking 1/2 oz. I bought a 1/4 for 90 once so I'd guess it's somewhere between 125 (half of the oz.) and 180 (2x the 1/4).

In London an eighth is the equiv of about $30. Or maybe $40.

In Eastern Europe, it's way way way cheaper, like 1/5th of the cost. This question depends way too much on where you are.

$25 for an eigth, $50 for a quarter, $90 for half, $160 for oz.

If it was something exotic like Thai-Stick or Northern Lights or Maui Waui then a premium of up to double the cost was added.

Wow, I never have seen $25/8th for anything remotely good. The stuff on your list is the type of thing I always see and the prices are usually $40/75/130 for 8/4/2, so I guess that makes sense.

Edit: I have spent many years in the midwest as well as right along the Canadian border.

I can get a half ounce of really good stuff for about $60-$70, and crappy stuff for about $50 (Canadian dollars). Mind you, I do have really good hookups (my buddy ran for the Marijuana Party in the last provincial election), and for most people around here, it might be a little more expensive. I would also imagine that what I call "crappy stuff" would be excellent to many of you.

Boulder will run you probably ~$200 for a half. Of course, the stickier the nugs, the higher the price.

When I lived in MO, people thought more than $50 for a quarter was absolute extortion. Then again, they thought "kind" was any type of weed that didn't come in brick form.

In California, standard prices for good bud are $50/8th, $100/quarter, $160-180/half, $300/oz. These prices may vary slightly. I've seen the highest varience when buying half ounces. Some dealers really discount it, while others don't at all.

Things become much cheaper if you actually friends with dealers, though.

$50 for the top shelf (Grandaddy Purple, Sweet Purple, Purple Eurkle) with no price breaks...

$50 an 1/8 or $170 1/2 are Northern Lights, Jack Herrer, AK47, Kush, Hash Plant #9, Soma Coma and the likes.

$40 gets you an 1/8 of Morning Glory and a desire to have spent the other $10.


It is all a moot point though...

Half Oz's and Oz's vary in price depending on who is selling it, but usually $140ish for a half and $260ish for an OZ. We got the FIYAH in the Pacific NW (including B.C.).

I pay $90-$120 for half an OZ - depending on quality and availability.

Used to live in Vancouver though and you can't beat the price and quality they have (well, unless you go to Amsterdam that is).
