I've been trying to get in contact with PE's tech support for over a week now, by email and AIM. I haven't gotten a response. Does everyone have this problem or am I special?
If anyone knows how to upgrade your account from the cheap one to the expensive one mid-month, please let me know.

I had a subscription problem and they contacted me and took care of it within 2 hours. I guess they have the time if you're trying to give them money.

I did the exact same thing about a month ago...Jason was pretty prompt with me. I wonder what's goin on...

They finallly contacted me today and said that they were in Vegas.
You atleast could have told us!
