Foe is loose caller and Im not about to bet 1/2 my stack in an attempt to drive him out so i pot bet.
Whataya think of this?

first of all, I wouldnt have called the see the flop. On the flop, I probably would have done the same (pot bet) but because I'd hope for a call, not scared to commit more. I put him on A9 or a pocket pair. I feel you're committed by this point. You said yourself that he's a loose caller. what do you put him on, 88? A8s? A set? What are the odds of that? Do you think he would have called with anything less? If it's this early in the tournament and you already know he's a loose caller (assuming you dont have notes on him from previous play), it means he's a crazy loose caller. What did he have? Also, even if he has an 8, you still have 4 river outs to win and 3 to tie.
