It looks 10x better in real life than in the picture. Best support by a wide margin. It even works without the hard plate removed.

I had neoprene wraps from a different company but they didn't last long, the velcro ripped it apart.

What's the best way to prevent carpal tunnel? Thumbball mouse, dvorak keyboard?

Prevention is key and way more important than anything else you can do. I really wish I knew this before as my wrists are messed up.

Make sure you have a big desk. 3' deep and big enough to rest your forarms on. Support is huge.

A tennis wrist brace won't hurt.

Also, trackballs that have a ball as big as a pool ball are great. Logitech used to have one but now only Kensington sells one. It's a shame because the old logitech really was the nuts.

well this thing looks good, but i dont see why more people dont have the same setup as me. i think its awesome.

buy a recliner. buy a small coffee table that you can place your monitors on. make sure the coffee table is near the height of your armrest of the recliner. put the coffee table on the side of your recliner. put the monitors on the coffee table. put your mouse/mousepad on your recliner's arm. not only is your setup now awesome and comfortable when using it all day, you wont get carpal tunnel because your wrist is leaning against your armrest at all times.
