I'm thinking this is very standard, but if a hand I think is 'standard' was misplayed, I'm costing myself a lot of money. (edit this is from a 55)

Level 2, noone knocked out yet. Big stack 1400 noone is really hurting, I have 960.

I limp in EP . Two others limp, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop comes Qs 3 h 7h. Checked to me pot it (75), unknown behind me minraises folded back to me.

My move?

I really do not like limping with AQ, for 30 chips you will see a lot more people in the pot you would be hoping for. When someone bets into you you have no idea what he is holding. With a raise to about 90/120 pre flop you can immediately rule out Q3 37 and Q7. If someone calls a raise with those hands you will just have to pay them off when they get lucky

Once u made the call pre flop I dont know how I would have played the hand differently

A lot of people advocate limping PF...

Who am I kidding this post is a shameless bump.

I'd reraise flop, but generally more than 350, especially with the flush draw out there. I'd probably just move allin. They will call you with plenty of weaker hands anyway.

Preflop I think limping is okay, raising normal amount is okay, and I think folding is okay too. Hard to go too wrong..
