Yeah I agree, the guy that 3 bet the river was probably not a 2+2er, as I think most of us would realize what is going on by that point.

To be honest once I 3 bet the turn what else can I have?

Has anyone ever folded a set in limit holdem when you were 100% sure that no one had a flush or a straight? (This is what the SB claimed to do, and I believe him). I can't say that I have.
