Poker in Europe

I am going to be in Europe this summer for a month and am looking to play hold-em at clubs, private games, or casinos. something in the neighborhood of 1-2 NL and 2-4 NL. Anyone have any good tips of places to play in the following cities?

London
Madrid
Barcelona
Florence
Rome
Amsterdam

Any and all suggestions would be greate. Thanks!

This index is a good place to start. Mostly, they will play PLHE and PLO, but you should find limit holdem in Spain and Amsterdam. In continental Europe most of the games are middle limit and the rakes are higher than for similar games in the US.
