No reads on villain, but the table was fairly tight. Good flop for me, but the board looks pretty bad. I pushed in the hand, and villain folded. I'm thinking now it was not the correct play. AA,KK, TT will probably trap, and QQ-JJ will fold to a push. I'll probably get a call from AQ, and AK offcourse. Is it better to bet about 150 ? Then, atleast I can fold to a check/raise all-in.

I bet t250, and there's no way in hell I'm folding to a check-raise all-in.

You don't need to run from this hand. A 150 bet encourages someone to come over the top of you and make you fold. However, a 250 bet has problems also. If you bet 250 and are called, then on the turn there is 830 in the pot, and you only have 450 chips. So any bet you make, they would basically have the odds to call. So I think all in the flop is good.
